Flashchat Joins WordPress Marketplace

Flashchat Joins WordPress Marketplace

Open source WordPress is the most popular online publishing platform, as it is now powering more than 28% of the web.

WordPress Marketplace is a list of more than 56,000 active plugins, that help WordPress users build meaningful experiences online.

We are more than happy to announce that after Magento Marketplace and Shopify App Store, Flashchat is now live on WordPress Marketplace.

As you can imagine, our team is (kind of) like that right now…

Now, let’s see some of the things you need to know before installing our App to your WordPress website.

Categories

When you visit WordPress Marketplace, you’ll notice that in there are 3 main categories:

  1. Featured Plugins – Popular WordPress plugins with great performance
  2. Popular Plugins – Plugins with many active installations
  3. Beta Plugins – Plugins which are still in the BETA version

Like any other Marketplace, you can search for the plugins you need, based on search terms that define these plugins.

For example, let’s assume that you need a plugin to manage comments on your WordPress blog.

You would search with terms like “comments” or “comment management”.
